Music Placement Terms of Service

How it all works:

We work with you to set up a publishing company, which means you have complete control and ownership of your music.

We file each member of your band with a performance rights organization, so you are all set up to collect royalties from your placements.

We package and mail your music to Music Supervisors and Music Directors located in the United States and Europe.

There are 3 categories of Music Supervisors and Music Directors:

Independent Music Supervisors - work on a contract basis with a variety of media companies selecting and licensing music for projects ranging from TV, Film, or Commercials.

Corporate Music Supervisors and Music Directors -  also select and license music for media, but are on staff at large companies like CBS, NBC, ABC, 20th Century Fox, Universal, etc.

Video Games - Music Supervisors and Music Directors that work solely in the video game industry placing music.


We work with each artist individually and plan a Music Supervisor/Music Director Mailing Campaign that fits their style of music. It may be that we mail your music off to one, two or all three of the categories listed above.

Unlike most placement companies we do not own your music or keep a percentage of your future licenses. We have a one time flat administrative rate, and you keep all money made from future placements.
